LAB Modulbau builds on over a decade of experience in laboratory systems engineering through MC Labor.
What began as technical laboratory services, including HVAC integration, system relocation, and equipment installation, evolved into a specialized capability in modular laboratory construction.
Today, LAB Modulbau delivers fully equipped laboratory systems through a high degree of prefabrication. Each system is engineered, assembled, and tested before delivery, ensuring predictable timelines, reduced on site complexity, and operational readiness at handover.
Laboratory environments are deployed wherever they are required, including parking areas, unused land, existing buildings, or temporary locations. Systems are modular, scalable across multiple floors, and can be expanded or relocated based on operational needs.
