Born in 1969 in the Swabian town of Hechingen, I began my career with a solid training as a retail saleswoman in the photographic specialty sector. From the very beginning, I learned to combine technical understanding with commercial thinking.
My path led me further into specialized retail, where I was able to demonstrate consistency and deep advisory expertise over many years:
- 10 years in upscale jewelry retail: a segment where absolute discretion, the highest service quality and a keen eye for detail come first.
- 10 years in specialist sales for horse-drawn carriages and accessories: a passionate niche that required, beyond solid product knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of a discerning leisure and premium clientele.
The year 2012 marked a decisive milestone in my career. With my move into the office division of the company Labexchange, I turned a new page. I immersed myself in the administrative processes and the specific requirements of the laboratory environment.
This step was pivotal not only professionally, but also personally. It was here that I met my future husband, who would later become the managing director of Mc Labor.
Together, over many years, we actively shaped the developments and processes of the industry and built a strong network.
Life rarely follows a straight path. When Mc Labor unexpectedly had to file for insolvency in early 2024, we faced a major challenge. But when one door closes, another opens. Out of the crisis came the vision to continue what had proven itself, combined with new, modern approaches.
In March 2024, the decisive step forward followed: the founding of LAB Modulbau.
Since then, I have been leading the company with full dedication. My role is to set the strategic course, build stable structures and ensure that we offer our customers exactly the quality, flexibility and service that my professional path has always stood for.
